If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must email a return/exchange request within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging.
- Returns without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions Based on Reason
A. Defective or Incorrect Item / Shipping Damage
If your item is defective, arrived damaged, or the wrong item was sent:
- We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
- You will receive a full refund or an exchange once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed.
- No restocking fee applies.
B. Change in Course Requirements or Personal Decision
If you no longer need the book or changed your mind:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and passes inspection:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
4. Rejected Returns
We reserve the right to deny returns if:
- The item shows visible signs of use
- The item is not returned in its original packaging
- The return was initiated without prior approval
